ROOTED BLOSSOMS YOGA, $10/session
Our weekly yoga class now has a new instructor and a new focus! Meet Danielle Graham of Rooted Blossoms Yoga, Danielle is a Certified, 200 hour Yoga Teacher (CYT 200) whose teaching areas cover meditation, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Rooted Blossoms Yoga will offer different yoga practice styles each Saturday according to the following schedule:
- 1St Saturday Yin Yoga ~ A practice of stillness comprised of mostly seated and reclined on the floor postures that are held for up to 10 minutes
- 2nd Saturday Restorative Yoga ~ A practice of active relaxation and stillness of mostly seated and reclined on the floor postures that are held up to 15 minutes
- 3rd Saturday Slow Flow Yoga ~ A practice of gentle, mindful vinyasa flow movements of mostly standing postures
- 4th Saturday Chair Yoga -~ A practice of gentle, mindful flow movements utilizing the chair seated and as a prop
All classes are practiced and taught with props and modifications including use of chairs when desired.
