Heart Coherence Practice

Strengthening Your HeartMath Foundations

Join us for a 30-minute practice session to strengthen your use of the foundational techniques developed by the HeartMath Institute. These guided sessions help you build coherence, reset your nervous system, and cultivate greater emotional balance, clarity, and resilience to carry into your day.

Led by Certified HeartMath Coach & Trainer, Marilyn Barrett

HeartMath is a system of techniques that channel the power of Heart Coherence, the science-based practice of synchronizing your heart and brain. This alignment balances your nervous system and creates coherence between your heart, mind, and emotions — which is key to clearing stress and unlocking your higher capacities.

Join our sessions on Tuesdays at 8:00 AM and Fridays at 7:15 AM. Call (702) 835-5679, enter Pin 7041

Book Study Series

An exploration of THE MYSTIC JESUS — The Mind of Love by Marianne Williamson.

A 3-session Thursday morning book study series with Rev. David Byrley

The Mystic Jesus

Marianne Williamson explains that contrary to the Jesus of traditional Christianity, "The Mystic Jesus has a raw, transformational, and very modern power. The mystic path is the path of the psyche, and it is there that we are most shackled. We are shackled not by external chains but by spiritual ignorance, by a misunderstanding of who we are and why we are here. Jesus is a key to the unlocking of our internal imprisonment. Rather than lacking practical relevance, The Mystic Jesus has a shattering effect on the illusions of meaninglessness that plague us. When looked at freed from the filter of centuries of predetermined interpretation, he does not fall away into insignificance but rather shines forth in an almost startling modern light. Jesus is as meaningful today as he was when he was born."

Upcoming Single Events

Join us on May 30th for a special fundraiser for Renaissance Unity in celebration of National Creativity Day

Creative work is a manifestation of your creative spirit. The divine gift of creativity expresses uniquely through each of us. When our creativity has an outlet for conscious expression, we connect with divine inspiration and our own divine nature.

Our guest speaker will be our own Rose Corrick. Many of you know how Rose followed her creative dream by establishing a company designing, creating and selling wearable art. Rose will share her story and share with us how she is helping others harness their long-buried creative talents. And by so doing, open them to more flow and joy!

In addition, Sue Thomas will be recirculating part of her collection of Art of Cloth pieces she has collected over the years. Here is the chance to obtain a beautiful piece of wearable art from her extensive collection.

All proceeds will go to Renaissance Unity which makes this art even more valuable. Join us for homage to creative pursuits, beauty and joy. At the same time, buy a piece of wearable art clothing you will love!
