RU UniTea ladies will meet to discuss "Generosity" facilitated by Sue Thomas.

TK Kinlow will present an inspirational and thought-provoking message, "From Stressed to Blessed." Tonya TK Kinlow will speak this second Sunday of Black History Month about living a life of wellbeing that God rewards transforming from stressed to blessed.

Carol Murphy will lead the class in the technique of tapping. EFT can be a powerful tool for manifestation by helping individuals identify and release limiting beliefs, clear emotional blocks, and cultivate a positive mindset. Cynthia Maynor, yoga teacher extraordinaire,will offer a gentle yoga practice ideal for beginners and gently aged seniors called Hatha Yoga. No matter your level of fitness, Cynthia can gently guide you through the asanas with the idea of improving your flexibility. She will teach yoga on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month. Bring a mat, towel, and water. Hydration is vitally important.

Rev. David Byrley will present an inspiring message this Sunday entitled, "Finding Your Own Clarity," in-person and livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube. We touched lightly on the way to clarity in the last two weeks' talks. Join us this Sunday morning as we take a deeper dive and gain more clarity on how to FINDING YOUR OWN CLARITY.

Chaplain Leader Verena Long will present an inspiring message entitled, " Penetrating Christ Through the Violet Flame." The violet flame is a spiritual flame and can be invoked by the use of mantras at the same time as visualizsing it. If you can't join in person, give yourself the opportunity to join online to work with the flame to expand your own Christ consciousness. Always, Victory to you all! 

Patty Terstenyak will lead our vision board construction. Bring magazines you no longer need on 12/24 or 12/31 and drop in the designated basket in the Fellowship Hall.

Carol Murphy will facilitate a Saturday Workshop on the power of Ho'oponopono in gaining clarity in our forgiveness work. 

Rev. Dana Cummings will preside during the Jack Moreland Celebration of Life. The service will also be available via Zoom. 

Rev. Sandra Bishop's message will be "More in 2024" followed by a Burning Bowl experience. Join Rev. Sandra on this final day of the year as we release what no longer serves us. Begin the process today. Everything has vibrational energy. Consider what is stuck, stagnant, dead or decaying. This week let's move energy by letting go of physical items no longer needed, mental clutter that steals from present possibilities and divisive thinking that impairs spiritual growth.
